We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we at Maristella Citelli will be happy to refund or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise in saleable condition and with all tags attached within 5 days of delivery from maristellacitelli.com. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Making a return or exchange is easy: just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mail (email@example.com) and send your item(s) back to us! We will not be responsible for return and/or exchange shipping charges. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your credit card or PayPal will require a handling & processing fee of $10. Once we've received and processed your item(s), we'll notify you via e-mail and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
