We offer free ground shipping with a minimum purchase of $110 on all orders shipping to the Continental United States.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (within 8-15 business days) - $18 
Delivery times are approximate. Free shipping threshold is based on the price before tax is added (if applicable). Orders must be billed and shipped to a US address. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
For Post Office Boxes and A.P.O. shipments, orders may ship with United States Postal Service.
International Delivery Times & Costs

Orders are billed in US dollars (USD), and generally arrive within 7-16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please note that orders shipping to Russia may take longer due to delays at Customs.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied by the shipper or other party at the time of delivery. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. Limitations apply to A.P.O. shipments, please contact us for details.

International orders will be shipped in one shipment, which can cause longer processing times if your order contains a backordered item. Our customer service team will happily assist you to expedite your shipment. Order tracking not available in all international regions.
Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first. We ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

Important Information 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customer.

 Receiving Your Order


 We offer two methods of shipment for orders dispatched via FEDEX. You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, FEDEX will leave a re-delivery slip.

Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and FEDEX will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely. When placing an order, the signature requirement may be noted and emailed as your preference. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.


 A signature is required for all international packages delivered by FEDEX. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact customer service at for more information.


All items that are on sale are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we at Maristella Citelli will be happy to refund or exchange unworn and unwashed merchandise in saleable condition and with all tags attached within 5 days of delivery from Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-returnable.

Return and Exchange Instructions

Making a return or exchange is easy: just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mail ( and send your item(s) back to us! We will not be responsible for return and/or exchange shipping charges. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your credit card or PayPal will require a handling & processing fee of $10. Once we've received and processed your item(s), we'll notify you via e-mail and your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
